Review

A star rating of 2 out of 5.

Confused thriller in which an international cast struggles to get to grips with an uninspired script about a power struggle in an unnamed country. It's a Canadian/British production and Peter O'Toole, Donald Pleasence and David Hemmings bring a bit of class to the proceedings, but for the most part it is entirely forgettable.
