Our Score
Drew Barrymore kicked off her Lolita phase (Poison Ivy was the highpoint) with this rather undistinguished straight-to-video thriller. While on a cross-country trip, Matt Frewer and daughter Barrymore are forced to take refuge in a run-down trailer park when their vehicle runs out of fuel. Pretty soon the teenage hormones are working overtime, and there is a killer on the loose. Barrymore shows that she possessed the talent to make the transition from child to grown-up star, although the way director Meirert Avis lingers over her is a little distasteful. There is solid support from Frewer, Richard Masur and Dick Miller.

A writer and his teenage daughter making a cross country journey end up stranded in an isolated caravan park. However, it soon becomes clear that a serial killer is stalking the area, and has developed a sinister obsession with the girl. Thriller, starring Drew Barrymore, Matt Frewer and Richard Masur.
