Our Score
This is the one in which Groucho Marx dances the tango (with Thelma Todd) and the little-seen Zeppo gets tough with a gangster. One of the funniest early Marx Brothers comedies, it was the first to be written for the screen (by SJ Perelman, among others) instead of being adapted from their stage routines. As stowaways on an ocean liner, the brothers have to keep on the move from cabin to cabin to avoid being clapped in irons. Harpo works in a Punch and Judy show, while Chico tickles the ivories - gentle competition for Groucho's acerbic one-liners.

Four eccentric stowaways sneak on board an ocean liner bound for New York, and try to keep one step ahead of the suspicious first mate. To complicate matters, they also get involved with rival gangsters - an entanglement that continues once the ship reaches dry land. Comedy, starring the Marx Brothers and Thelma Todd.
