This sequel is less abrasive than its predecessor and was considerably less successful at the box office. Seeking once more to stamp out the Foot clan, the turtles team up with reporter Paige Turco and gormless delivery boy Ernie Reyes Jr. The human characters (even scientist David Warner) are pretty pointless, but this is all about the latex quartet and monsters like Rahzar and Tokka. And if you didn't know, Ooze is the nasty stuff that caused our heroes to live underground, shout "cowabunga" and gorge themselves on bizarre flavoured pizzas in the first place.

Summary

Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michaelangelo return in their second big-screen adventure. The hard-hitting quartet leap into action when their arch-enemy Shredder discovers the source of the mysterious ooze which mutated the heroes in a half-shell, and uses it to create two new creatures of his own. Paige Turco, David Warner and Kevin Clash star.
