Our Score
Clint Eastwood's go-to camera operator Stephen S Campanelli makes his impressive directorial debut with this aptly titled, fast-paced thriller. From its attention-grabbing bank heist opening (the robbers wear futuristic high-tech outfits with voice-modifiers) to the exciting chase finale through Cape Town's byzantine airport, the breathless cat-and-mouse action never lets up. It's also well-choreographed and laced with flashy violence as CIA assassin James Purefoy relentlessly tracks glamorous jewel thief Olga Kurylenko. She's a target after stealing evidence that implicates a corrupt senator (Morgan Freeman) in a terrorist plot. Kurylenko is terrific in a blazing star turn as the criminal mastermind who comes out of retirement for one last job, endures torture with a smile and always keeps two steps ahead of Purefoy's gleeful sadist. Sure, it's a kick-ass Bourne on a budget, but it has a strikingly mature sense of style, slick wall-to-wall stunts, plus wit and suspense.

A retired thief is persuaded to carry out one last diamond heist by her former partner, only to get mixed up in a murder. With a ruthless assassin on her trail, she must unmask the secret conspiracy that has manipulated her into the line of fire. Action thriller, starring Olga Kurylenko, Morgan Freeman and James Purefoy.
