Our Score
In one of her first roles, Australian actress Diane Cilento plays an angel sent on a goodwill mission to Earth. Landing in the Angel, Islington - ho, ho - she pawns her harp, wins some dosh on the greyhounds and sets about sorting out the romantic, economic and housing problems of the ordinary folk she encounters. What this dash of whimsy needs is a modicum of tension or humour, but it hopes to survive purely on charm and the attractiveness of Miss Cilento, who later became Mrs Sean Connery.

Summary

A celestial being becomes the angel of Islington when she lands in London, and wastes no time in enjoying the delights of the capital. Thankfully, she also manages to help out some locals in need of a romantic and economic boost. Fantasy, starring Diane Cilento and Feix Aylmer.
