Cram enough famous western outlaws into one film to keep the action crowd happy and you don't have to worry too much about plot or characterisation. RKO proved it with one Randolph Scott western, Badman's Territory, and again with this follow-up. Here, the Youngers, the Daltons, Wild Bill Doolin and Billy the Kid are all spoiling for a fight, but the real villainy comes from Robert Ryan's vicious Sundance Kid, and the only person who can stop him is lawman Scott. Anne Jeffreys shows spirit as the reformed outlaw who tries to take Scott away from Jacqueline White, his decent but dull fiancée. George "Gabby" Hayes, providing comic relief as the banker, is just tiresome.

A farmer takes in a female gunslinger after she is injured during a bank robbery, and tries to persuade her to give up her life of crime. However, he earns the enmity of her gang, whose number includes such infamous criminals as Billy the Kid, the Dalton brothers and the Sundance Kid. Western, starring Randolph Scott, Anne Jeffreys, Robert Ryan and George `Gabby' Hayes.
