• When will I receive my copies?

  Once your subscription is set up your first copy will arrive within 4-6 weeks

• How do I cancel a subscription?

  Although we hope you love receiving a RadioTimes subscription, you have the option to cancel your auto-renewal at anytime. Please log in, go to the 'My account' area and select cancel subscription under 'Subscriptions'. Please note, you will only receive a refund if you cancel within your 14-day cooling off period. • How do I manage my subscription?

  You are able to pause your subscription, change your delivery address and renew your membership online. To do this, create an account or log into the 'my account' area by clicking in the top right of this page.

• Why can’t I select multiple regions/packages?

  The site at the moment only allows you to select one region or package. We’re looking at allowing more than one to be selected as we realise that this is important to some of you.

• I bought a magazine subscription on buysubscriptions.com, how does this affect my account and access to Radiotimes?

  From the 16th October you will no longer be able to access magazine subscriptions on buysubscriptions.com

  Your existing subscription will not be affected by this change and your account is secure. The only action you need to take is to register directly with Radio Times so that you can manage your account online.
