Don’t you just love it when unlikely famous faces come together? That’s exactly what’s happened this morning behind the scenes of Chris Evans’ Radio 2 breakfast show.


The Duchess of Cornwall popped by BBC Broadcasting House to become an honorary judge for Radio 2’s 500 Words creative writing competition. She met fellow judges Malorie Blackman, Frank Cottrell Boyce, Francesca Simon and Charlie Higson before the panel began discussing the 50 stories that have been shortlisted.

But when the show came off the air, something amazing happened: Camilla bumped into some stellar celebrities backstage. There was Game of Thrones’ Sophie Turner, aka Sansa Stark, Call the Midwife and Strictly Come Dancing star Helen George and The Night Manager’s Tom Hiddleston.
