The seafood chef continues to explore the Far East's most diverse food cultures with a visit to Sri Lanka, where he discovers a wealth of hot and spicy vegetable curries. He then ventures on to Bali and finds food has a religious significance on the island, before sampling what he believes is the best roast pork he has ever tasted.
