The chef continues his exploration of the Far East's most diverse food cultures, travelling to Penang, Malaysia, to sample its multifaceted cuisine, which includes Malay, Indian, Chinese and British flavours. He also meets food writer Fay Khoo to explore the popularity of the region's fish-head curry, before crossing the Indian Ocean to Sri Lanka, where he visits a bustling fishing village and takes part in an unusual expedition.
