Summary

The story of Michael Ross, who was 15 years old when he killed Bangladeshi waiter Shamsuddin Mahmood in Kirkwall on the Orkney Islands in 1994. Wearing a mask, he strode into the restaurant and shot down Mahmood, committing the first murder on the islands for 25 years. Despite widespread belief that Ross was guilty, conclusive evidence only emerged in 2006 after an eye-witness came forward, and the culprit's father Eddie, a local policeman, was subsequently charged with attempting to cover up the crime. Featuring the first-ever in-depth interview with Eddie Ross, who continues to protest his son's innocence. Last in the series.
