Worshippers gather for a live service from St Anne's Cathedral in Leeds, led by the Dean, Monsignor Philip Moger, including the blessing of the crib and a homily given by Monsignor Michael McQuinn. Music includes the majestic Grande Messe Solonelle by Louise Vierne, as well as traditional carols O Come All Ye Faithful, Hark! The Herald Angels Sing and O Little Town of Bethlehem. The cathedral choirs are conducted by the Diocesan director of music Benjamin Saunders and the organist is Thomas Leech.
