The two remaining chefs from the North West prepare their entire menus for Prue Leith, Matthew Fort, Oliver Peyton and guest judge Rowland Rivron. Only one contender can make it through to represent their region in the national finals and get the chance to cook at a Comic Relief banquet at London's Royal Albert Hall, marking 25 years of Red Nose Day.
