Andrew Graham-Dixon heads to America to meet author and journalist Tom Wolfe, whose new novel Back to Blood is his first for eight years. Alastair Sooke visits John Bellany - subject of a 70th-birthday exhibition at the Scottish National Gallery - to discover the artist's inspirations growing up in a fishing community. Lindsay Johns argues for the rehabilitation of the character John Rambo from 1982 movie First Blood, asserting he is the perfect hero for today's troubled times. Plus, to mark the BBC's first radio broadcast in 1922, the programme celebrates 90 years of radio in 90 seconds.
