Summary

Rice is today's star ingredient as Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall prepares rice sushi-style with seaweed and avocado and also uses it for a Caribbean-style dish. Guest chef Allegra McEvedy rustles up a Chinese restaurant classic - egg fried rice - while Tim Maddams opts for a West Country twist on pilaf, mixed with chicken stock and sorrel.
