Summary

To conclude a week of seafood recipes, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and his guest chefs prepare dishes with squid as the main ingredient. Hugh serves his both grilled and barbecued with almonds, home-made hummus, salad and edible flowers, Euten Lindsay opts to accompany the cephalopod with courgettes and a lemon dressing, and Kasper Gaard creates a salad of boiled and fried squid with horseradish and baby leeks.
