Gloucestershire brewer Nick Cooper pulls out all the stops to impress his guests with a 1950s-style menu. He prepares for his meal a week in advance by having one of his own pigs slaughtered in an abattoir, before bringing the carcass home to carve the right cuts of meat for the terrine.
