Summary

Jamie Oliver concludes his nationwide culinary tour by visiting the west of Scotland, taking in Glasgow's oldest restaurant to discover how haggis is being given a West Indian twist. Fisherman Hector Stewart invites the chef to join him scallop-fishing in the Clyde, and in Striven, he uses Arbroath smokie and rope-grown mussels to create a Scottish version of a classic French dish. He also helps at a pheasant shoot, and uses local game to prepare an ambitious Italian recipe.
