Adrian Chiles introduces highlights of today's three Premier League fixtures - Liverpool v Aston Villa at Anfield, Manchester City v Sunderland at the City of Manchester Stadium and Wigan Athletic v Hull City at the JJB Stadium. The Reds went into their match boasting a 15-game unbeaten run against the Midlanders, stretching back to the 2001/02 season. Mark Hughes's men enjoyed one of their best away results of the campaign in beating the Black Cats 3-0 in August and were targeting their fourth successive double over the men from Wearside. The Tigers were taught a harsh lesson in a 5-0 defeat to the Latics at the Kingston Communications Stadium earlier in the season, but their last away league trip did yield three points, as they became only the second club to beat Fulham on home soil this term.
