Six students battle for a place in the finals as Richard Corrigan and Gizzi Erskine show them how to master crispy duck with bok choy and a black bean, lime and ginger dressing. They also tackle pollack goujons with home-made tartare sauce, and raspberry clafoutis with orange cream.
