Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall uses his autumn produce to rustle up a recipe of chorizo meatballs with scallops and trotters in a sweet and sour sauce. He also begins his campaign to get the public growing their own vegetables by matching up landowners with keen would-be gardeners who do not have access to their own plots. Two teams compete in a foraging challenge by trying to find ingredients from the surrounding area, and the Bristol smallholders take delivery of three milking goats.
