Manchester City v Manchester United (Kick-off 8.05pm). Gary Lineker presents coverage of the League Cup semi-final first-leg clash at the City of Manchester Stadium. The Red Devils are the cup holders, but will face a tough task tonight if their local rivals can perform as well as they did in the quarter-finals, when they recorded a 3-0 win against Arsenal. Alex Ferguson's men were also impressive in the last eight, as a youthful side won 2-0 against Tottenham Hotspur thanks to a brace from Darron Gibson. In contrast, City have fielded a full-strength side in each round, but will have to do without Kolo Toure and Emmanuel Adebayor, who are on duty at the African Cup of Nations. With analysis by Alan Hansen and Lee Dixon.
