Jamie Oliver prepares dishes using homegrown brassicas - a vegetable group that includes cauliflower, broccoli, curly kale and kohlrabi. The chef is surprised to discover how many of these plants can be eaten raw, but it does not stop him using them to prepare curried fritters and a hearty cannelloni.
