999: What's Your Emergency?

More than 60,000 people in Wiltshire have mental health issues, but with support services across the UK being cut it is falling to the emergency services to pick up the pieces. This edition focuses on Wiltshire Police and South West Ambulance call handlers who regularly find themselves counselling people with severe mental health episodes, including one who calls 999 every three seconds claiming he is the archangel Michael.
