Review

It’s five years since the London Olympics, but it seems the country can’t quite bring itself to let go of those glorious memories from those brief, shining days.

So-called Super Saturday sticks in everyone’s minds and Michael Johnson is our guide for this rosy look-back at the most memorable of evenings when Britain took gold after gold after gold.

Medal winners Mo Farah, Jessica Ennis-Hill and Greg Rutherford contribute as they describe their contributions to what many believe to be the finest day in British sporting history.

The documentary looks too at what it takes to become a world-class athlete and wonders what the young starts of tomorrow will face.
