Series 1 - Episode 3

Plenty of daring from Jolyon Rubinstein and Heydon Prowse in their political pranks show this week, most obviously when Rubinstein poses as a plummy pinstriped Tory, visits Scotland and insults people in the street about their desire for independence.

The risks aren’t just physical, though: a spoof of Don’t Tell the Bride that satirises arranged marriages is the kind of topic most shows wouldn’t have the guts to touch. Whether the latter routine does much more than simply remind us of a certain issue is, however, a question that also hangs over sketches on battery farming and the military hardware industry.

Dale Maily takes on the BBC, Penny and Robin get involved with the political hot potato that is Trident, and a look at the man behind one of Britain's best loved characters, Boris Johnson. Comedy satirising the state of the nation, starring Jolyon Rubinstein and Heydon Prowse.
