Summary

A look back at the decade that brought many opportunities for eye-popping errors, but few more ill-conceived than fledgling TV company BSkyB's first stab at a sitcom, Heil Honey I'm Home!, which featured fictionalised versions of Adolf Hitler and Eva Braun living next door to a Jewish couple. The intention was to spoof 1950s American sitcoms, but most critics felt the show fell short on taste and decency.
