What better way to clear away the festive fug than being chased mercilessly across the country by a team of expert investigators, led by remorseless former Scotland Yard detective Peter Bleksley? Nine members of the public take that option to work off the mince pies as the thrilling game of cat-and-mouse returns for a third series.
They range from a former specialist firearms officer to the Deputy Lord Mayor of Sheffield - who missed his inauguration to go on the run. This has always been great for the armchair expert and you can work off some Christmas calories, too, by screaming at the screen, “No, don’t use your mobile phone, you fool!”
Summary
Nine British citizens, including former police firearms officer Jamie Clark, turn fugitive and go on the run. Following a dramatic launch and helicopter chase in Manchester, the runners are pursued across the UK by a team of hunters, drawn from some of the world's best investigators and led by former Scotland Yard detective Chief Peter Bleksley.
