The presenters travel to Penrhyn Castle in Bangor, where Queen Victoria and Prince Albert stayed for three days in 1859. Food historian Ivan Day helps Rosemary Shrager re-create spit-roast beef that was prepared by one of the royal chefs, and Tim Wonnacott finds out how the monarch was entertained by a male voice choir formed from the local quarrymen.
