Series 11 - Episode 22



The finalists are sent to learn new skills in Sweden, where they experience two very different restaurants. The first has no menu, with the chefs inventing dishes on the day with whatever ingredients their suppliers provide, and in the second, everything is cooked over an open fire. Back in the UK, they have to come up with an exceptional fish dish for John Torode, Gregg Wallace and renowned seafood chef Nathan Outlaw, with one more amateur leaving at the end of the show.
