In the second of the semi-finals, the hopefuls head to Lincolnshire for a big catering challenge. The 90 members and support crew of the Red Arrows are gathering for a 50th anniversary lunch - and guess who's cooking it? The would-be chefs are split into teams of four and have to run their own kitchens - and success is vital because the team John Torode and Gregg Wallace judge to be the weaker returns to the kitchen for a Palate Test, after which one contestant hangs up their apron for good.
