It’s Bradley, it’s Bocelli, it’s Birdy, but no one would dare to suggest that the turns starring in the first of the new Palladium series are the B team. Commissioned following the success of the Sunday-night shows, this new weeknight series still boasts a 2,200-strong audience (keen to get involved) and a roster of death-and-convention-defying speciality acts; here an extreme motorcycle stunt performed in the Globe Of Death.
More sedate attractions are the aforementioned tenor, whose latest album is stuffed with swoony movie classics, and singer/songwriter Birdy, who seems to enjoy nothing more than being swathed in great lengths of material. Whether or not she brings her cloak, Tommy Tiernan will bring his jokes.
Actor and presenter Bradley Walsh entertains audiences at the Palladium with a variety show featuring stars from music and comedy, as well as a host of speciality acts from around the world. The first edition's line-up of confirmed guests includes Italian classical tenor Andrea Bocelli, singer-songwriter Birdy, and Irish comedian Tommy Tiernan. Plus, there is music from the West End with the cast of Motown the Musical, and a jaw-dropping performance by motorcycle stunt show, The Globe of Death.
