A trip to the Lake District, to some of the locations featured in the programme's opening titles. Matt Baker visits the beach the horses race across and Blea Tarn, where the wild swimming was filmed, while Helen Skelton recreates the rock-climbing scene and meets the family who pioneered the sport in the area. Ellie Harrison is also in the Lakes, hearing how the area inspired two different artists - German painter Kurt Schwitters and British poet William Wordsworth. Tom Heap is at Spurn Point in East Yorkshire to find out how this thin spit of land has been damaged by the winter storms and Adam Henson is in Kent to see one of the most expensive bulls in the world.
