Summary

Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall turns his attention to fish and prepares a simple ceviche, served with a hot lime and mint-flavoured broth. Euten Lindsay is inspired by his Caribbean roots and fries black bream with Jamaican allspice, served with pickled carrots, while Kasper Gaard offers a plate of bream poached in butter, accompanied by a celeriac puree.
