Is Undeniable on ITV a repeat?
The two-part drama is being shown on ITV – and may seem familiar to some viewers.
The two-part drama Undeniable is currently airing on ITV and you could be forgiven for thinking that you have seen it before - because there's every chance that you have.
The drama is being re-shown on the channel and on ITV Hub so we get another chance to watch it with the second and final part of the story airing tonight, Wednesday 25th August at 9pm.
The series made its debut on the channel back in 2014 but is now getting a re-run. The first episode of the series was repeated on ITV on Wednesday 18th August 2021 and you can check it out on the ITV Hub if you missed it this time around too.
And the series is well worth a watch with it getting generally positive reviews when it first aired and those who are catching it for the first time now seem to be enjoying it just as much.
Undeniable stars Claire Goose and Peter Firth and the show follows Jane, a woman who witnessed the murder of her mother some 25 years earlier when she was still a child.

At the start of the first episode, she spots a man who she believes to be the spitting image of the killer, a respectable oncologist named Andrew Rawlins, but she has a hard time convincing anybody that it's really him.
Her case is made all the more difficult by the fact she's previously wrongly identified other suspects, and the police are naturally wary about putting an innocent man on trial.

But Jane she is able to find an ally in the shape of DI Alison Hall, played by Pippa Haywood, and slowly some inconsistencies begin to emerge in Andrew's testimony.
During the pandemic, all of the major channels have chosen to run repeats of TV shows from the archives, with COVID restrictions meaning new shows have taken longer than usual to film. That seems to still be the case now with this repeat being shown.
