Repo man Connor Bane vanishes soon after taking a car away from its angry owner. Connor is well liked and was hailed a hero after rescuing a child from the path of a lorry - in fact, it seems only those whose cars he repossessed have reason to hate him. But when the team start digging into his past, they uncover secrets that could explain his disappearance. Elsewhere, Jack goes to see FBI psychiatrist Clare Bryson.

A group of customers disappear from a coffee shop. CCTV shows a man entering the café and ushering everyone out the back door. To solve the case, the team must discover what connects all of the customers - but they have their work cut out just to establish the identities of those who are missing. Meanwhile, Jack's superiors assess his competence, and Sam goes into labour.
