The Office
Overview
Observational comedy series that took a well-aimed swat at the fly-on-the-wall documentary format. The minute the film crew arrive at Slough paper merchant's Wernham Hogg, manager David Brent is determined to hog the limelight. He's convinced he's a man of the people, a gifted entertainer and comedian - but his long-suffering employees (and his unimpressed bosses) aren't so sure.
