Episode 1/20 Adrift
The Replicator assault has left a badly injured Weir fighting for her life, while damage to Atlantis's main power conduits means energy is haemorrhaging into space. With the city's shields decreasing in size, an approaching asteroid field is the last thing the inhabitants need. As Sheppard leads all available pilots on a mission to blast a pathway through the asteroids, Keller approaches McKay with a controversial scheme to save Weir's life.

Episode 2/20 Lifeline
Carter and Lee begin a search for the missing Atlantis, but it will take time that the damaged city's inhabitants may not have. Meanwhile, a team from Atlantis embarks on a plan to steal a ZPM power source from the Replicator home world. Having been healed by their nanites, Weir is now able to access the Replicator mind-network, leading to a discovery that could spell the end for Atlantis's two greatest enemies.

Episode 3/20 Reunion
Ronon is reunited with old friends, while Samantha Carter embraces a new beginning as she becomes leader of the recently relocated Atlantis team. Ronon's fellow Satedans reveal that the Wraith have made plans to neutralise the Replicator threat - leaving them free once more to target humanity. The team join forces with the Satedans to launch a pre-emptive strike, but they're in more danger than they realise

Episode 4/20 Doppelgänger
Sheppard's colleagues suffer a series of terrifying dreams in which he appears as a violent attacker. The nightmares are too similar to dismiss as mere coincidence, and the team recall Sheppard's recent visit to a planet where he touched a glowing crystal. They believe a sociopathic energy being living in the crystal has assumed his form. And when the alien claims a life, the race is on to stop it before others die

Episode 5/20 Travelers
A group of space travellers fleeing the Wraith kidnap Sheppard and threaten to kill him if he refuses to help them. They know he carries the gene that will allow them to reactivate an Ancient warship they've found. As Sheppard formulates an escape plan on board the Ancient ship, the Atlantis team, his new-found enemies and the Wraith all close in on his co-ordinates. Who will reach him first?

Episode 6/20 Tabula Rasa
McKay has lost his memory and is struggling to make sense of a video message he recorded earlier, exhorting him to "find Teyla". He's not the only one with amnesia - when he comes across Major Lorne and his marines, they react violently and confine him along with the rest of the team. McKay and Carter manage to escape. Between them, can they solve the potentially deadly mystery of what's happening to them all?

Episode 7/20 Missing
Dr Keller and Teyla arrive on the new Athosian planet to discover that Teyla's people have vanished. Fleeing from an encounter with sadistic warrior tribe the Bola Kai, Keller is injured. As she and Teyla are forced deeper into enemy territory, they come across a bound captive. He introduces himself as Genii spy Nabel Golan - and shares some disturbing information about the Bola Kai.

Episode 8/20 The Seer
Sheppard's team pre-empt a Wraith ambush after a prophet warns them of the attack. The counter-initiative results in the capture of a Wraith leader who claims his mission is peaceful. His people are looking for help in the fight against the Replicators who he claims are killing humans in vast numbers as a means of wiping out the Wraiths' food source. But Carter has to decide whether the captive can be trusted.

Episode 9/20 Miller's Crossing
Rodney and his sister Jeannie are captured and held hostage in a laboratory back on earth after their correspondence is intercepted. Henry Wallace, the president of a medical technology company, has found out about Stargate and wants Rodney to use his expertise in a new cancer treatment to help save the life of his sick daughter. Meanwhile, the worried Atlantis team are on Rodney's trail.

Episode 10/20 This Mortal Coil (Part 1)
A probe crashes into the city, adding to the troubles of the beleaguered crew. Of late, some senior team members have been acting suspiciously, and there has been a mysterious sighting of Replicator hostage Elizabeth Weir on the outskirts of the city. Dr Keller believes that Weir, as well as some of his colleagues, are copies of the original people created by the Replicators. But to what end?

Episode 11/20 Be All My Sins Remember'd (Part 2)
McKay has a risky plan to neutralise the Replicator threat. He proposes to create a human form Replicator to infect their network with a virus that will turn them into the equivalent of a neutron star. But if the attack fails, the Replicators will gain unimaginable power. As the rest of the team prepare to hold the enemy forces at bay, Teyla is forced to tell them she's pregnant.

Episode 12/20 Spoils of War (Part 3)
The team encounter a ship, adrift and unmanned, belonging to a Wraith they've dubbed "Todd" - he was once their captive but became their ally. A map found onboard leads them to a Wraith cloning facility, where Todd is being held prisoner. He's keen to help prevent the Wraith from creating a huge army - but before they can put any plan into action, the team are caught and brought before the Wraith Queen

Episode 13/20 Quarantine
Just as McKay is plucking up the courage to propose to girlfriend Katie, Atlantis initiates an emergency quarantine - trapping various members of the team in different locations around the city. Sheppard and Teyla discover that a malfunction caused the alert, but it's also broadcasting a distress call - giving away the city's secret location. Sheppard attempts to shut off the signal and only succeeds in making the situation worse.

Episode 14/20 Harmony
Sheppard and McKay land on a planet that's an important trade partner just as teenage princess Harmony prepares to embark on a traditional pilgrimage. One of her sisters, fearing for Harmony's safety, persuades the men to accompany her. Before long, they're attacked by Genii soldiers - and a strange beast is tracking their every move. But if the precocious princess doesn't change her tune, it could be McKay who kills her first

Episode 15/20 Outcast
Sheppard returns to Earth for his father's funeral, but his visit is interrupted by an encounter with a woman called Ava who needs his help. Scientist Dr Richard Poole has created an illegal, human-form Replicator. The creature has escaped the lab, killing two people along the way. Sheppard acts quickly, arresting Poole and tracking down the Replicator. But the mission ends in disaster when the Replicator kills Poole and escapes once again.

Episode 16/20 Trio
Earthquakes and poor air quality mean the inhabitants of planet M5V-801 must be resettled. Carter, Keller and McKay are on their way to negotiate the villagers' move when a cave-in sends them plunging underground. The structure they land in is teetering on the edge of a chasm, and the hole they fell through is too high to reach easily. Can they come up with a plan of escape - and will all three make it out alive?

Episode 17/20 Midway
When alien members of the Stargate program are ordered back to Earth for interview, Carter asks old teammate Teal'c to accompany Ronon on the trip. But soon after the two men arrive at Midway station, where they are supposed to undergo quarantine procedures, the Wraith launch an attack and some of them 'gate to Earth. As Ronon and Teal'c pursue them, McKay and Sheppard leave Atlantis to fight to regain control of Midway station.

Episode 18/20 The Kindred (Part 1)
Inspired by visions in which old flame Kanaan begs her for help, Teyla goes in search of her missing people, the Athosians. But she soon discovers her visions aren't all they appear to be Meanwhile, Sheppard and the team join forces with Wraith ally Todd as they try to discover the source of an illness that's decimating the human race.

Episode 19/20 The Kindred (Part 2)
Sheppard's team are astonished to discover Dr Carson Beckett imprisoned at Michael's base. They'd believed he died more than a year ago in an explosion in Atlantis. He offers to help them find Teyla, but can he be trusted? Meanwhile, Teyla tries to persuade Kanaan to free her and her fellow Athosian prisoners, but struggles to break Michael's hold on her former lover.

Episode 20/20 Last Man
A freak solar flare transports Sheppard 48,000 years forward in time as he travels through the stargate. A holographic Rodney McKay appears on the now desolate Atlantis and fills Sheppard in on the tragic events that followed his disappearance in the past. McKay devoted his life to bringing Sheppard back to correct the timeline - but will his desperate plan work?
