Law and Order: Special Victims Unit
Overview
First spin-off from the original Law & Order crime series. Seasoned detectives Elliot Stabler and Olivia Benson head up the Special Victims Unit of the New York Police Department. Their elite team specialises in sex crimes - an area that Olivia has particular insight into as a rape victim herself. Guiding the investigations is Captain Donald Cragen, whose calm, commanding presence acts as the glue between a diverse and brilliant group of experts that includes conspiracy theorist John Munch and the witty but formidable Odafin "Fin" Tutuola.
