Inspector Morse
Overview
Crime drama series inspired by the novels of Colin Dexter, starring John Thaw and Kevin Whately. Chief Inspector Morse may be an irascible, heavy-drinking snob, but his brilliant mind and dedication to his job make him a first-class detective. However, he has a tendency to overlook the obvious - so it's up to faithful, much put-upon Sergeant Lewis to pay attention to the minutiae of their cases. Together the duo investigate crimes committed in the picturesque environs of university city Oxford.
