Overview
This entertainingly glossy drama, based on Imogen Edwards-Jones's searing exposé, provides a seductive insight into the glamour and intrigue of a five-star London hotel. It's a world where money not only talks but can buy you just about anything you desire. As a succession of wealthy, and often eccentric, guests lie in the lap of luxury, deputy manager Charlie Edwards leads us through the frenetic, but richly rewarded, world of the senior staff.
