Episode 1/13 I Lied, Too
Ellen Parsons is determined to destroy Patty Hewes and this time she has the backing of the FBI, although their reasons for targeting Patty are still unclear. Blissfully ignorant of her protégé's plans, Patty is setting up a charity for the homeless with billionaire businessman Samuel Arsenault. But her plans are momentarily interrupted by the appearance of an old associate, scientist Daniel Purcell, who wants Patty to look after a box of incriminating materials.
