Overview
David Duchovny stars in this dirty black comedy as the charismatic Hank Moody, a troubled novelist whose work comes a distant third to his sex and drug habits. As Hank struggles with writer's block, he makes half-hearted attempts to win back Karen, his estranged partner, while trying to maintain a healthy relationship with their 12-year-old daughter Rebecca. Meanwhile, he attracts the amorous attentions of countless women - and despite the self-loathing that sometimes accompanies his debauched behaviour, Hank's powerless to resist.
