  • Episode 1/16 Home Front

    Brothers and Sisters Series two Home Front © ABCSummer is nearly over and Kitty's birthday is a gloomy affair, coming as it does exactly a year after the death of the family patriarch. Tommy is trying to help Julia deal with her grief over the loss of their child, Sarah is struggling to save her marriage to Joe, and Kevin and Jason are having second thoughts about their relationship. As for Kitty, she's discovering the drawbacks of being engaged to a US senator.

    Brothers and Sisters Series two An American Family © ABCKevin, Norah and Kitty drive to San Diego to collect Justin from the military hospital, but en route they happen to hear a radio show host make insulting remarks about Norah and Kevin. Kitty can't resist calling in to defend her family, but her witty remarks fail to amuse Robert, who's also listening. Later, the doctors warn Norah to prepare for arguments as Justin begins his long and painful recovery.

McCallister's ex-wife is on the scene and it looks like she'll cause trouble on a late-night TV show, which prompts both he and, separately, Kitty to attempt some firefighting. Scotty returns to Kevin - but seemingly only for legal help. And Justin is still withdrawn so Nora is forced to turn to Rebecca for help with him.

    Brothers and Sisters Series two States of the Union © ABCIt ought to be good news: Justin has recovered. The problem is, he's recovered miraculously quickly, and Rebecca is suspicious. Kitty, Sarah and Nora head off to a spa to get away from it all, but in their absence there are embarrassing problems for Tommy - and Kevin puts increasing pressure on Saul.

Inevitably, but still awkwardly, Kevin represents Sarah in the divorce as Joe plans to fight for custody of their children. And - par for the course in the Walker family - Kitty's news zooms around them all before she can even open her mouth.

    Brothers and Sisters Series two Two Places © ABCKitty's pregnancy could be going better - and the impact it's having on her work and life couldn't be worse. Or so it seems when an old friend comes calling to offer help, and the best-laid plans of damage limitation end up testing just how bad things can get. Meanwhile, Sarah's having trouble with Paige, and Justin's recovery takes a downward turn.

  • Episode 7/16 36 Hours

    Not a day goes by that the Walkers don't find new ways to pull the family apart - but this episode shows what binds them tightly together. Justin's addiction is ever worsening and now the family is planning to intervene. Meanwhile, Kitty and Robert choose to look to the future because the present becomes suddenly unbearable.

  • Episode 8/16 Something New

    The pains and the pleasures of just being yourself. It works well for Rebecca after Holly recommends she relax with the Walkers. She even ends up being an official part of the wedding party - where she gets to advise Kitty to do exactly the same. And Nora gingerly picks up an old romance online, her very first love, and discovers it's as much about finding out who she is as it is about who he has become.

  • Episode 9/16 Holy Matrimony

    It's the day of Kitty and Robert's wedding and Nora leaves it to the last possible moment to have a heart-to-heart with Kitty about what marriage means. Other talks appear to be overdue too, as Robert reveals that he's written his own vows, which means Kitty needs to get scribbling. Fortunately, she has something big to tell him as well.

  • Episode 10/16 The Feast of Epiphany

    There's a not unusual turn of events for the Walker family: one of them has a secret, they all know about it faster than the person would like, but they all gather together to help out. This time it's Nora's secret: she'd like to ask out Isaac. While the family conjures up a reason to get the two together in one place, Becca is trying to do much the same thing for her mother.

  • Episode 11/16 The Missionary Imposition

    The hopes and worries of the previous episode give way to at least some pleasurable companionship: Nora and Isaac find themselves getting closer to one another. But as they examine their future together, Jason's got a wild idea for Kevin: he should examine his own direction and his choices about what lies ahead.

  • Episode 12/16 Compromises

    It's one thing having high standards, it's another when your man falls this far short: Nora learns that Isaac won't be the partner she wished for. While she thinks about what to do, there is at least one showdown: Jason and Robert explode at each other. And in the meantime, Sarah gets some help from Graham.

  • Episode 13/16 Separation Anxiety

    Rebecca wants to take a DNA test: after all the lies and promises, all the assumptions and her relationship with the family, she's starting to doubt that William Walker was her father. While she seeks medical tests to establish her parentage, Robert and Kitty are thinking about medical answers to their fertility problems.

  • Episode 14/16 Double Negative

    The family gathers together to support a fundraising event for cancer research. All of them are looking to the future, including Nora, who thinks that what she really needs to move on is a fresh coat of paint on the house. And Kevin ponders a big step but not for great reasons: he's thinking of getting hitched to Scotty because it could solve Scotty's money worries.

  • Episode 15/16 Moral Hazard

    If there's anything worse than disaster, it's being saved from disaster - by Holly. She pulls off a coup when Ojai Foods is in serious trouble. It's an episode for re-evaluating old hatreds and revealing new secrets: Justin has terrible news to share and Saul has something to say, too. But at least Scotty and Kevin share a moment.

  • Episode 16/16 Prior Commitments

    You don't really get over the death of a parent but you do come to terms with it, you do get used to them being gone. And the Walker family have had some time now to accept all the secrets that William Walker's death revealed. Or so they thought. For the season finale, they're going to be hit by one more stark revelation.
