Hemingway Days

Catch Up

Wayne Hemingway presents a celebration of the work of Robin and Lucienne Day, who rose to fame in the 1950s as Britain's most popular post-war designers. The pair advocated a vision of good, affordable design for all, and have often been compared to their American counterparts Charles and Ray Eames, but remained uncomfortable with the public attention they received due to their success. From 2011.
