Summary

Leicester City made history at the King Power Stadium last night, as they qualified for the knock out stages of the Champions League. A 2-1 win against Club Brugge means that they also go through as group winners and will join the likes of Bayern Munich, Juventus, and Real Madrid in next round of the competition. Measures aimed at boosting workers' income and increasing house building are expected to be announced by the Chancellor, Philip Hammond, later. In his first major economic statement since the Brexit vote, Mr Hammond will also unveil forecasts which are expected to show higher borrowing and slower growth. Talks have been held between De Montfort University, and families from a Leicester football club - in a bid to end the row that's forced them to close the ground to the public. It's after a protest last week at Beaumont Park, where members of Beaumont Town FC claim they've been bullied out by the University.
