Many Apprentice viewers single out interviews week as their favourite episode of the whole process, just because of how mercilessly savage it always is.

On Wednesday night, the five remaining candidates pitched their business plans to Lord Sugar’s pack of wolves, aka Claude Littner, Claudine Collins, Linda Plant and Mike Soutar. And yes, they were torn to shreds.

Claude has long-been regarded as the most fearful inquisitor…

But many this year thought Linda may have been the worst – with tearful contestant James saying: “She rips you apart and makes you forget all your hopes and dreams.”

And so did Twitter…

But nothing will ever live up to this moment…

Following their car crash interviews, Joanna Jarjue, Michaela Wain and Elizabeth McKenna exited the competition – leaving just James White and Sarah Lynn to battle it out in next week’s final. And face Claude in the boardroom one last time…
