Harrison Ford might be about to play Indiana Jones at the age of 73, but he’s clearly struggling to get over Han Solo’s fate in Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
When asked on Ellen if he had any tips for actors auditioning to play young Solo, Ford’s tip was… not to audition.
“Don’t do it. First, you know, it seems like everything’s going swimmingly, and you put in 25, 30 years, and they just … they just let you go. And they show you the door: ‘We’re done with you, thanks very much.’”
It’s a harsh galaxy out there.
Watch Ford give his really useful advice right here.
