The pair will face off in the first round of RadioTimes.com’s TV Champion of Champions, which kicks off at 10am BST on August 25th.

Factual Champion Sir David Attenborough proved he’s still the king of the natural world with a convincing victory over the man he once named his heir to the throne: Brian Cox. Attenborough was an unstoppable force throughout the tournament, taking out Bill Turnbull, Simon McCoy, Dragon’s Den’s Peter Jones, Robert Peston and Lucy Worsley on his route to the finals.

Meanwhile, Soap Champion Richardson toppled Rovers favourite Kym Marsh to claim victory for Hollyoaks. TV’s Ste bested a bunch that included co-star Fabrizio Santino (Hollyoaks’ Ziggy), Emmerdale’s Charley Webb (Debbie Dingle), and EastEnders June Brown (Dot Cotton) and Danny-Boy Hatchard (Lee Carter) to swipe the soapy title.
